Refund Policy

5 Calendar - Day Return Window We accept return/replacement requests within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items

How to Request a Refund To start a return, contact us at malquillc@outlook.com with your order number and photos and/or video of the item. We'll review your request within 2–3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return/Replacement Eligibility: The only products eligible for return and/or replacement are:

  1. The item is damage
  2. You receive the incorrect product

Refund Processing Estimated processing, shipping and delivery times will be provided once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the request is approved

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
